PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SUCOFINDO (PERSERO) CABANG CILACAP

Abstract

 

The company must be able to provide high stimulation to its human resources in order to have optimal performance, namely performance that is in accordance with organizational standards and supports the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cilacap Branch. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to 52 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the leadership style had an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value for the leadership style variable of 3,150 and α of 0.003. Compensation has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value of 3.145 and α of 0.003. Organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t-value of 2.874 and α of 0.006. Leadership style, compensation and organizational culture jointly influence employee performance, as shown by the F-count value of 66.033 and α of 0.000.
